I had a brother in the hospital at the time in critical condition and he needed a bone marrow transplant from someone who had the same blood type as him… which I have. The procedure was very expensive and I decided to sell my house for cash to save my brother. I sold my house to Eric & Dan and got the cash I needed to do the procedure. Now my brother is doing much better thanks to them. I love them

I had an empty fire damaged house that my Husband left me after he passed away and I still had a mortgage that I continued to pay… I received a call from Eric in December and I knew it was from God as he listened to me cry & talk about my husband that I miss everyday. He assured me that he would help me out of my situation and he actually did. He let me know that my husband is still with me which I appreciated and to begin hobbies that made me happy to not be so down all the time. Once we signed the agreement and I was getting updates from him and Dan as well as the title company, that’s when I was relieved and I knew it was real. We closed right on schedule, they paid off my mortgage and freed me of those monthly payments. They also showed me that by clearing out my mortgage, how I’d be saving over 5 years of the remaining payments saving me nearly $20,000. I’d highly recommend them. Just know these are God’s people so you’re in good hands!
