In our early 20s we weren’t really good with our credit and when we met you guys, we couldn’t get approved for anything. We tried renting apartments, renting homes, buying homes… we were struggling to find something. When we found you guys, it just lined up perfectly. It was very easy. It was an easier process to follow. That, and you’re not giving your money away.. to nothing. You’re putting your money towards something that you can own. With working with you guys it was so easy, you were so understanding with us at the beginning with how fast we needed to get in a home. We looked forward to raising our son in it long term and buying it and being able to customize it how we felt fit. Its a blessing!

I came across Dan’s house as a rent-to-own and asked if they would be open to selling it outright. To my surprise he said yes. Him and Eric went above and beyond to ensure the whole transaction went smoothly for a first time homebuyer. I love this house and the opportunity to fix it up more and make it just how I want. The 1.5 car garage is going to be great once I finish it out.
I bought this house in Gary from the tax sale and it needed a ton of work. I wanted to fix it up myself but just never got around to it. It got behind on the property taxes and one day Dan called me up and we made a deal work. I was hesitant to sign anything since a previous deal with a different company just fell through. Dan really listened to me, answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. We got it going and they actually followed through. At the closing, all the taxes got paid and I got the $800 that we agreed to. Good to know there’s people with integrity out there.

I first found the house on facebook marketplace and I was really thankful for Dan walking me through the process for my first time buy. I was supposed to have money come in from different jobs to pay the full asking price but there was a delay in my paycheck. I had a brother in the hospital at the time in critical condition and he needed a bone marrow transplant from someone who had the same blood type as him… which I have. The procedure was very expensive and I decided to sell my house for cash to save my brother. I sold my house to Eric & Dan and got the cash I needed to do the procedure. Now my brother is doing much better thanks to them. I love them. They helped me out in one of the most difficult times of my life.
I had an empty fire damaged house that my Husband left me after he passed away and I still had a mortgage that I continued to pay… I received a call from Eric in December and I knew it was from God as he listened to me as I cried and talked about my husband that I miss everyday. He assured me that he would help me out of my situation and he actually did. He let me know that my husband is still with me which I appreciated and to begin hobbies that made me happy to not be so down all the time. Once we signed the agreement and I was getting updates from him and Dan as well as the title company, that’s when I was relieved and I knew it was real. We closed right on schedule, they paid off my mortgage and freed me of those monthly payments. They also showed me that by clearing out my mortgage, how I’d be saving over 5 years of the remaining payments saving me nearly $20,000. I’d highly recommend them. Just know these are God’s people so you’re in good hands!
