Honestly, working with you guys was one of the most comfortable processes we’ve ever been through. From the very beginning, you actually talked to us before we even put in an application, which almost no one else would do. Most companies just send a link and say, ‘fill this out and maybe we’ll talk to you,’ but with you guys it felt human right away.
The whole process was incredibly fast, just a few days from start to finish, and every time we had a question, you had answers. And if you didn’t have it right away, you got back to us quickly. It didn’t feel like we were just throwing money out and waiting… it felt like we were actually being heard.
What really stood out is that you worked with us. At one point we thought we weren’t going to be able to move forward, but you came back with a solution and made it work for our situation. That meant everything to us. It showed us this wasn’t just about money, it was about actually helping people.
We also never felt pressured. We were able to speak with you, ask questions, even bring our family into the conversation, and you took the time to reassure everyone. We saw the house before sending any money, and that alone cleared any doubt we had.
