“I had started trying to get this house sold, and I did it the conventional way. “The property’s insured, the taxes are paid, and I keep getting monthly income. I don’t have a lot of responsibility and it’s very easy on the mind. If you’re going to manage a property from far away, you’ve got to hire a management company, and there goes most of your profit. This eliminates that completely. To tell you the truth, I don’t even think about that property anymore. The income comes in every month and I’m happy as a clam. It’s just easy.”
